Bdawg says:  Another winner from Drew Estates.  What a great cigar!   A dark brown, rustic, well constructed wrapper.  The ash is powdery white.  The flavor is sublime, smooth, complex, earthy, coffee .  The burn is slow and even.

Cigar Aficionado has named this as their #10 cigar of 2015!

  1. This might be my new favorite cigar. It's close between this and the Casa Magna Diadema. The edge goes to Casa Magna because of price and availability. Liga Privada #9 Double Corona is a fantastic cigar with a distinct taste that you recognize instantly, like an Alec Bradley Prensado, Flor de las Antilles, or a Casa Magna. The price tag of $16.00 prohibits it from being a daily go to cigar, but for special occasions it's a winner. I do smoke it whenever I can find it out at the cigar bars and I justify the price tag because it's like smoking 2 cigars. This cigar lasts me an hour and a half.
