Bone Snapper - Rye Whiskey

Approx. Cost:  $30

Aged:  24 months
Bdawg says:  Light golden copper colored pour.  Flavor is smooth and peaty, but it is missing the whiskey sweetness.  In fact, it is slightly salty. Bone Snapper's website claims that it is made with limestone-filtered water drawn from the deep aquifers underneath Southern Indiana.  Is that why it tastes salty?  Not sure, but definately not a fan.
