As I have said before: A Three that's what I would have rated this cigar were it not for the tissue paper wrapper. However; I can't stand the Tissue paper, they use to wrap around this cigar. . Looks kinda cool. Unfortunately it was a bear to get off. It was scotch taped almost completely around. Very hard to get off. Ridiculous! I, therefore, am deducting half a point.
