Bdawg says: I love this Lambic! It reminds me of a dry hard cider. Just a faint hint of raspberry. Not overly sweet. In fact just a slight sourness on the finish. It is brewed in the village of Lambeek, Belgium. And is spontaneously fermented according to the traditional Lambic style.
Just great!
