Bdawg
says: I visited this great brewery for the first time during
the Great SW Michigan Beer Run. Here is what I said then:
"Holland, Michigan is a beautiful quaint little town. This
brewery is situated right in it's heart. Nice looking
facilities. The food was good and they also make their own gin and
whisky. I have a bottle of their Knickerbocker gin at home (from a
previous visit) and its is very tasty. After our visit to the brewery, we
went next door to Kilwin's ice cream shop and enjoyed their rum
raisin." (Pictured above is Tommy, Ellie, and Smitty)

I have since visited this brewery several times and I love it. It is busy taproom / restaurant atmosphere with a large bar, several TV's and vat's right in the restaurant. (The production facilities are actually about 2 miles away. The beer is incredible. Especially the Dragon's Milk. |
Here's
me enjoying a New Holland brewing Dragon's Milk right in the tap room.
