Bdawg says:  This is a perfect example of how not to open a brewery.  I initially visited this local brewery just a few days after opening.  These were my initial thoughts:  The atmosphere is brand new local brewery.  They have a long way to go, but I wish them luck.  I spent an afternoon speaking to the bartender (one of the owner's wife).  She explained to me that two friends Thomas and Stieglitz were home brewers and decided to make a go of it.  The building is an old dry cleaners that they have converted into a brewery and tap room.  The atmosphere is very eclectic.  The beer is sub-par.  But will hopefully get better.
My wife and I visited about 2 weeks later on a Saturday afternoon.  We had just left another local brewery that was very busy.  We were the only people in Thomas Stieglitz.  We ordered a sampler.  All of the beers were warm, bordering on hot!  Mr. Stieglitz explained that they were having trouble with their lines, but still had the gall to charge me.  I have spoken to many other friends in the area and they all talk about TS's warm flavorless beer.  This place will not be here this time next year.

of the wall and an old-timey record player.

Inside the tap room.

An old Mustang grill breaking through
the wall adds an eclectic touch.
