Bdawg says: This brewery/grill is located in Midvale, UT which is a suburb of Salt Lake City.  The atmosphere is like a large European lodge.  The staff and regulars are friendly.  I stopped by to taste some brews and have dinner.  The dinner menu included brats, schnitzel, goulash and my favorite Beef Stroganoff.  The stroganoff was excellent.  The beer, not so much.  Unfortunately the State of Utah has a law which caps the abv of any beer served on draft to 4%.  (There is no limit on canned or bottled beer).  This results in a lighter beer than a prefer.  It all seems a little watered down.
