Bdwag says:  Red Hook claims to be the Granddaddy of craft beer.  It was founded in 1981 in Seattle, WA.  This is a tourist destination.  The facility is large and very well kept.  The large taproom is bustling, noisy, with happy patrons.  The food here is terrific.  The beer is a little bland by today's craft beer standards, but it is definitely approachable.
