Origins: Dominican Republic
Wrapper: San Andres Maduro

Bdawg says: I smoked it at Las Vegas Cigar Co. and thoroughly enjoyed it. The wrapper was mottled brown*, oily and very well constructed. The draw was easy producing a powdery white ash. The flavor, smooth, coffe, cocoa, and oak. The burn was slow and even. Very nice.
*I spoke to the manufacturer of this cigar and he explained to me that some manufacturers boil or even dye their maduro wrappers. This would give it a more uniform color, but he feels the flavor suffers. They do not boil or dye their cigars. Resulting in a more mottled color, yet superior flavor.
