Bdawg says:  HVC stands for Havana City.  This cigar is named after one of the oldest neighborhoods in Havana, El Cerro.  The wrapper is golden/reddish brown and nicely constructed.  The draw had just a little resistance producing a powdery white ash.  The flavor was cedar, white pepper, a faint bit of chocolate with a slight sweetness on the finish.  The burn was slow and even.
