Selection: great! |
Bdawg says: The Round Barn Winery in Baroda Michigan is a popular destination for locals and visiting Chicagoans. They just opened this new public house in town. It is where they actually brew their beer, and they have a wider selection of beers at this location. |
Generally
you can find about 12 different beers on tap. Ranging from their year
round selections to their seasonal and high gravity brews. The place
was new, cool looking, but kind of a sterile vibe. The brews were good
but not great.

3 TV's make it a nice place to watch Football. Notice the brew tanks through the window. |
Clockwise from 7 O'clock: Cream stout (nitro) 3.5 Brown Rye Ale 3 Scotch Ale 1 Curry Black Ale 3 Vanilla Porter 3 |
My favorite brew was their Catharsis. A Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. (11% abv) 4 Hearts! |
Hop Dealer American IPA 5.25% abv I enjoyed this one at their winery grounds, on the 4th of July, while listening to some live blues. It was delicious. 3.5 Hearts |
Separate Quarters Faux Flanders Red/Sour Ale. Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. 7.8% abv, 2 Hearts |
